Cancellation Policy – Users
This policy sets out the cancellation and refund terms of the Shushu Pro subscription. The service is sold online as a recurring monthly subscription. To cancel or for any question: getshushu.pro@gmail.com.
Cancelling on the purchase day
Cancelling on the day of purchase (until 23:59), provided the portal has not been used, entitles you to a full refund.
Cancelling the monthly subscription (any time)
You may cancel the subscription at any time. A cancellation made after the purchase day takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period: the service continues until the end of that period, the subscription does not renew and no further charges are made. No refund or credit is given for the period already paid.
How to cancel
You can cancel from your account area in the portal, or by email to getshushu.pro@gmail.com including your name and account details. We will confirm receipt and handle it without delay.
Boost packs
A boost pack from which no boost was used may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After that, no refund is given for used or expired boosts. Cancelling the subscription does not cancel the boosts left in a pack.
How refunds are made
Where a refund is due, it will be made using the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
