Who we are

The service is operated by Shushu Systems (company no. 316114891). For any question, request or exercise of a right regarding privacy, contact us at shushupro@gmail.com, and we will respond within 30 days.

What to know when you sign up (Section 11 disclosure)

Under the extended notification duty in Amendment 13, at signup we clarify: (a) providing the information is voluntary, but some details — name, email and phone — are required to open an account and provide the service, and without them we cannot provide it; (b) the information is collected to provide the service, match and display listings, contact and support, billing, security and improvement, and legal compliance; (c) the information is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf (login, analytics, payment, hosting and notifications), and we do not sell personal information; (d) not providing the required details prevents opening an account or continuing the service; (e) the controller identity and contact details are stated above; (f) you have rights of access, correction and deletion as detailed below.

Information we collect

We collect the user's details — name, phone number, email address, agency name (if provided), and Google login details. We also collect usage data — the search profiles you defined, the matches, and actions you performed in the portal — to operate and improve the service. We also collect basic technical data during use — IP address, device identifiers, browser type and operating system and connection data — for security, abuse prevention and proper operation. Payment details are processed by the payment provider (HYP); for recurring subscription charges, the payment method is stored with HYP only, and Shushu Pro does not store credit card details on its servers. Listings from public sources may include, on the server side, details that appeared in the original listing; these are not exposed in the interface shown to the user, which includes a link to the source only.

How we use the information

We use the information to provide and operate the service, match listings to profiles and display them, contact and support, billing and collection, improve the service and maintain its security, and comply with the law. We do not use the user's details for targeted advertising for third parties or to build marketing models for external parties.

Artificial intelligence

Shushu Pro does not use identified personal information about the user to train public artificial-intelligence models, unless explicit consent has been given.

Listings and information from public sources

The interface shown to the user includes listing data and a link to the public source only, and does not include the listing owner's contact details (name, phone or WhatsApp) or any renter personal information. A listing owner may ask us to remove their listing, and we will act to remove it. Details that are not required are deleted or anonymized after a listing is no longer active.

In addition to listings, the service presents aggregated neighborhood and real-estate information (such as price indices, comparable transaction data, demographics, points of interest and maps) from public and governmental sources and open datasets. This is aggregate/statistical information that does not include personal information about you or about third parties.

Sharing with service providers

We use service providers solely to operate the service, including: Google (login and authentication), Telegram (sending notifications to your chosen channel), PostHog (product analytics), HYP / Isracard (payment processing), and Render (hosting and servers, in the EU). Some information may be stored or processed outside Israel, including in the United States, subject to the Protection of Privacy (Transfer of Data Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001. Using the service constitutes consent to such transfer and processing. We do not sell personal information and do not transfer it to third parties other than to provide the service or as required by law.

Data retention

The user's details are kept while the account is active and up to 12 months after closure, unless longer retention is required by law; payment records are kept up to 7 years under tax law; usage data is kept up to 12 months. After these periods the information is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Subject to the law, you have the rights to access your information, request its correction or deletion, restrict its processing, receive it in an accessible format (portability), and withdraw consent. To exercise a right, contact shushupro@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity first. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Consent and legal basis

Processing relies on your consent, given knowingly and actively at signup (no pre-ticked boxes), as well as on the need to perform the service contract and comply with legal obligations.

Data security

We take reasonable security measures to protect the information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, in accordance with the security level applicable to us under the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. A material security incident will be reported to the Privacy Protection Authority as required by law.

Changes

Shushu Pro may update this policy from time to time; a material update will be brought to the user's attention. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
