Cookies and Tracking Policy – Users
General
The Shushu Pro portal uses an essential login cookie and a product-analytics tool. This page explains which tools we use, for what, and who receives the information. Importantly: the portal does not use Meta Pixel and does not use Google Analytics.
Essential tools (required to run the service)
After you log in, the service stores a session login cookie that keeps you logged in and secures your account. Without it the service cannot be used, so it is always active.
Analytics tool
We use PostHog to understand how the service is used and to improve it. The tool collects usage data and actions in the interface (such as viewing pages, creating a search profile or viewing a match) associated with the identified user account. Because this data is associated with an identified user, we spell it out here explicitly. The information is provided to PostHog, which processes it on our behalf, and its processing or storage may take place outside Israel, including in the United States.
Your choice
The analytics tool is not essential to using the service. To stop the collection of analytics data, you can contact us at shushupro@gmail.com, and use your browser settings (such as blocking local storage or a "Do Not Track" mechanism). Stopping analytics does not disable the essential login cookie.
Information sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers. PostHog does not use this data for its own purposes and retains it in accordance with its own retention policy.
